Are you aware of any place on the internet that has high-res Japanese pokemon cards?
If you’re talking about scans, i’m afraid your best bet is online auctions, even if Bulbapedia sometimes has very good scans.
However the official Pokémon card site https://www.pokemon-card.com/card-search/ has the best resolution available of the original files of the recent sets, and https://pkmncards.com/?s= features pretty much the same cards in English, plus the older sets!
